Cancellation
  • You may request cancellation before the service has been delivered.

Refund
  • No refunds will be provided once the astrology service has been delivered.
  • If a service has not been delivered due to a technical issue or fault from our side, a refund or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

3. Puja Services

Puja services are performed based on specific rituals, dates, and priest arrangements.

Cancellation
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled Puja.
  • Cancellations made after this period may not be accepted.
Refund
  • If cancelled within the allowed time, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative, priest booking, and preparation costs.
  • Once a Puja has been scheduled, materials procured, or rituals initiated, no refund shall be provided.

4. Anushthan Services

Anushthan services are elaborate rituals involving planning, Sankalp, materials, and priest engagement.

Cancellation
  • Anushthan cannot be cancelled once the Sankalp or ritual process has begun.
  • Requests made before commencement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund
  • No refunds will be issued once an Anushthan has started.
  • If cancellation is approved before commencement, only a partial refund may be provided after deducting preparation and resource costs.

5. No Guarantee of Results

  • We do not guarantee outcomes, results, or success from any Astrology predictions, Puja, or Anushthan service.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction, perceived lack of results, or change of belief.

6. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling may be allowed subject to the priest’s availability and astrological suitability.
  • Requests must be made within a reasonable time before the scheduled service.
  • Rescheduling is subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

7. Payment Issues

  • We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
  • Any extra charges levied by banks or gateways shall be borne by the user.

8. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

International Shipping:
